Start with a conversation
Tell us what you are worried about, what you already know and what would help you feel more informed. You do not need to have all the answers first.

Care for families
When someone close to you is facing difficulties, it can be hard to know what to do next. We offer clear, respectful information to help family members understand the support available and feel part of the journey.
A supportive starting point
Families often have valuable insight into what helps someone feel safe, understood and able to move forward.
Our team can listen to your questions, explain the services we provide and help you understand the information that may be needed for a professional referral. We will always aim to communicate with care, dignity and respect.
Sometimes the most useful first step is simply knowing who to ask, what to write down and which conversation needs to happen next.
A clearer next step
We keep the conversation practical, respectful and centred on the person you care about.
